The Booking Process

We are honored you’re considering joining us in Aruba.
To protect the integrity of this experience and ensure a seamless process for all attendees, please read the information below in full before registering.
STEP 1
Read all rules and regulations.
Before submitting your registration, it is imperative that you carefully review all Rules & Regulations.
This ensures:
• A smooth booking process for all attendees
• Full understanding of payment terms and deadlines
• Clarity regarding cancellation and transfer policies
• Awareness of resort booking requirements

STEP 2
Register for classes.
All hairstylists must register for their classes before booking their resort accommodations.
Education Vacation 2027 allows stylists to intentionally select the classes that align with their career goals.
Upon completing class registration, you will be automatically redirected to a secure booking page through Riverside Tours & Travel to submit your resort room request.
If you are bringing a non-stylist guest, you will add them as an additional traveler during the room request process.
Please note:
• Class fees are non-refundable
• Class fees are non-transferrable
Your class registration secures your seat in the educational portion of the event.
STEP 3
Reserve your resort stay.
After completing class registration, you must immediately reserve your room through our designated travel partner:
Mary Fowler, Riverside Tours & Travel
All resort stays MUST be booked through Mary Fowler at Riverside Tours & Travel. No exceptions.
Failure to book through our designated travel partner will result in forfeiture of class participation.
This policy protects:
• Our group room block
• Our negotiated group benefits
• The integrity of the attendee experience
The resort is not holding rooms indefinitely. We strongly encourage you to reserve your accommodations immediately after submitting your deposit to prevent sell-out.

Rates listed are per room (based on two guests), not per person.

Payment Terms:​

$200 per person ($400 per room) non-refundable, non-transferable deposit due upon booking

$500 per person ($1000 per room) non-refundable, non-transferable payment due on 06/10/2026

Remaining balance due 09/16/2026
Resort Stay Requirements
To Participate in Education Vacation:
• Guests MUST be staying at the host resort
• Off-resort accommodations are not permitted
• Attendees will not be allowed to stay elsewhere and only attend class

This policy ensures proximity, connection, and a cohesive group experience.
Room Occupancy and Guests
We kindly request that attendees avoid booking single-occupancy rooms whenever possible.
Single-occupancy reservations do not count toward our contracted group benefits and may impact the overall experience for the group.
If you are bringing a guest:
• They must be added during the Riverside Tours & Travel booking process
• Guest stays are subject to resort availability
• Guests are welcome to extend their stay beyond January 26–30, 2027, based on availability only
Extended stays must also be arranged through Riverside Tours & Travel.
Important Reminder:
Education Vacation is intentionally curated and limited in size.
To maintain our room block and negotiated benefits:
• Class registration must occur first
• Resort booking must be completed immediately after
• All reservations must be made through Riverside Tours & Travel
