Wayne Tuggle brings over 30 years of experience behind the chair, building a career defined by precision, passion, and his signature cutting method, Angles in Motion—a system rooted in geometry, movement, and purpose. He has traveled the world educating stylists, helping them refine their technique and build confidence through intentional cutting. His work has earned international recognition, including winning The World Hair Championships and working with high-profile clients such as Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, and Paris Hilton. Today, he’s also widely known on social media for his bang-cutting videos, using digital platforms to educate and inspire a new generation of stylists. At his core, Wayne is passionate about helping hairdressers elevate their craft by providing the tools, structure, and mindset needed to create precise, purposeful work.

Elaine Travis of Expert Color Solutions will be leading an inspiring color class. Known for making complex color concepts approachable and practical, Elaine will guide you through modern placement, formulation, and techniques designed to help you create more dimensional, customized results with confidence. Designed to expand your artistry while allowing space to learn, connect, and recharge, her class will leave you feeling both creatively energized and technically empowered. 

Elaine Travis has been a cosmetologist since 1986, specializing in hair color and advanced color education. Her expertise has been featured in local and international publications, and her salon has earned multiple honors, including recognition as a Salon Today Top 200 salon.

In 2012, she founded Expert Color Solutions, a training program designed to help new beauty school graduates build the skills and confidence needed for successful careers behind the chair. Her proven methods have helped stylists quickly grow into confident, high-earning colorists.

Nominated for NAHA Educator of the Year in 2021, Elaine is known for combining expert color knowledge with a witty, engaging teaching style that makes her classes both impactful and unforgettable.

With Jenna Boyer by her side, Shannon Demont will be teaching this hands-on workshop designed to help hairstylists confidently capture their work and build a strong, recognizable brand. Attendees will learn how to naturally pose and direct clients, understand what makes a powerful brand image, and practice photographing in real time. Through live demonstrations and guided practice, stylists will gain the skills and confidence to create elevated, intentional images that attract their ideal clients and reflect the true quality of their work.

With over 12 years behind the chair and nearly a decade of experience as a photographer, she specializes in helping stylists grow their businesses and social media through impactful, high-quality hair photography. Her background in bridal styling and visual content creation gives her a unique perspective on capturing work in a way that attracts ideal clients and elevates a stylist’s brand.

She has worked with countless stylists and salon owners, teaching them how to refine their photography, strengthen their online presence, and showcase their artistry with confidence. Passionate about community and collaboration, her mission is to empower beauty professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to stand out and succeed in today’s digital-driven industry.

Jenna Boyer is a bold brand photographer and personal brand mentor who built her business with such intention that she was able to leave her 9–5 and grow a thriving brand helping other women do the same. She combines strategic photography with straightforward branding guidance to help creatives build cohesive, magnetic online presences that convert.

In addition to the workshop, Jenna will offer exclusive on-site “Bite-Size Brand” Sessions. These mini shoots include personality-driven portraits, lifestyle images, detail shots with your tools, flat lays, movement content, and three B-roll clips. You’ll receive both vertical and horizontal images ready for social media and websites, plus a pre-session questionnaire and prep guide to ensure your shoot feels aligned and effortless.

In this advanced session, Dawn Ambrose, Certified Trichologist, teaches why scalp health is the true foundation of healthy hair and how stylists can confidently support clients experiencing shedding, build-up, and early hair loss concerns.

With nearly four decades in the beauty industry, Dawn Ambrose has evolved from seasoned hairstylist to Certified Trichologist and sought-after educator. She is passionate about closing the knowledge gap between traditional hair services and modern scalp science.⁣ ⁣ Dawn teaches stylists how to stop guessing, start understanding, and confidently support clients experiencing shedding, buildup, and early hair loss concerns — all while elevating their professional authority behind the chair.⁣

This isn’t a traditional breathwork + yoga class — it’s a guided reset created specifically for hairdressers who give all day and want to feel better doing it. In this 90-minute morning session, offered on both class days, Brooke blends guided breathwork and mindful movement tailored to the physical and emotional demands of salon life. You’ll learn simple nervous system tools to regulate between clients, move through busy days without absorbing everything around you, and reduce tension in the shoulders, wrists, hips, and low back. She’ll teach practical techniques you can use at the beginning and end of each day — and in between — to quickly access a calmer, more grounded state.

 

Founder of The Grounded Stylist and The Sacred Crown Method, Brooke is a salon owner and educator with over 26 years behind the chair. After experiencing burnout at the height of her career, she began studying nervous system regulation, somatic mindfulness, and energetic alignment. Now, she equips hairstylists with realistic, sustainable tools to protect their energy, reduce physical strain, and build fulfilling careers — without the burnout.

With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Aubrey spent eight years as a salon owner before selling her business in 2024 to refocus on life as a mom and at home. Today, she continues to serve brides through her wedding hairstyling services while organizing Education Vacations — keeping her connected to the industry she loves, while maintaining the flexibility she needs.

Passionate about community and collaboration, Aubrey believes growth happens both inside and outside the classroom. In 2027, she will lead a dedicated networking session in Aruba, creating intentional space for stylists to build meaningful, lasting professional relationships.
